Photo by KB | Photography, It was a rainy red carpet. Sponsored by Audi: My look featured a Leather Zara Collection top, Boutique cape skirt, and Bebe Jacket. |
Day 3 of Fashion Houston featured Bibhu Mohapatra, Rebecca Minkoff,
Jia’zei Reyes, Rolando Santana, and Chloe Dao. It was a sold out show
and everyone in the building was excited for all of the fashion the
night had in store.

The night started with Bibhu Mohapatra. The line was very ready to
wear but the construction of each garment was really beautiful to see
up close.
We all died because Rebecca Minkoff showed next. I wanted to see her
since the moment they announced the lineup.

Jia’zei Reyes brought LUXE drama. It was the perfect holiday slayage
inspiration.

Rolando Santana gave interesting textures and shapes with a trendy
collection in shades of green and blue. The color palate was very
Spring2015.

Last show of the night was Houston’s own Chloe Dao. I have seriously
seen her like 10 times but she slays my life every time I see her. Her
collection was flirty and fun with a great mix of prints and
colors.

SO MUCH FASHION.
Fashion Houston is so amazing.
Day four of Fashion Houston was again a sold out event! Rami Salamoun,
Fabrice Tardieu, Amir Taghi, Valentina Kova, and David Peck closed out
H-Town’s week of fashion.
Rami Salamoun is from Lebanon and really brought details, design and
dimension. Red carpet potential worthy gowns for every celebrity.
Can you say party? Fabrice Tardieu brought menswear to another level
with a high energy show with mens RTW that I wouldn’t mind being the
standard uniform for the male gender.

The party kept going with prodigy Amir Tagir. I saw his presentation
earlier this year and I must say it was amazing up close. The styling
of this line and color palate are so classic and great, Amir is a very
thoughtful designer.
Valentina Kova is as sweet as her designs. I caught her at the end of
FH5 with her run of show and she was so classic and chic. Her designs
has gorgeous pops of color, florals and cute styling. Lots of
shoes as opposed to high heels as the footwear. Effortless chic my
friends.

And with that, the show closed featuring Houston’s own David Peck. I
honestly think David Peck is not only and incredible designer but an
innovator. I really think he has a grasp of the power of showing a
collection and the way Social Media works in today’s world. I will
feature more of this collection in depth this week on the blog! I am
highlighting it for now, but it was a show within a show.
Mid Show we were graced by Ballet dancers. It was very magical! |
The show ended with a masquerade! |
David peck is a Genius. Stay Tuned for his profile.
What a week of Fashion! Fashion Houston 5 is one for the record books
and I can’t wait to see what the future beings.
Until next year FH5!
